    Tokenize what you already originate.

    A loan, bond or equity stake you underwrote becomes a liquid instrument.

    The asset stays yours
    The client relationship remains with the originating institution.
    No bearer instruments
    Every holding is bound to an identified wallet under ERC-3643.

  2. L2Layer 2 of 4

    Structure terms into the token.

    Tranche, interest rate, maturity and eligibility are set as parameters the token enforces.

    Participants and the supervising authority read the same parameters.
    Eligibility built in
    Jurisdiction, accreditation and holding caps are checked by the token itself.

    Distribute to approved investors only.

    Offerings open to qualified investors who were cleared against the instrument's rules before they could subscribe.

    A subscription is confirmed only if it fits the cap table and the holding caps.

    Holders can transfer to other approved holders. Nothing leaves the boundary.

    Service the lifecycle on schedule.

    Interest payments, redemptions and corporate actions run from the instrument and reconcile against the originator's books.

    The cash leg settles through the platform before the instrument moves.

    Distributions follow the dates and the register the instrument carries.
